I recently stayed at The Residency in Chennai for a few days, and my experience was quite a mix. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it convenient for shopping and business. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, truly delivering hospitality with a heart. However, I did encounter some issues with renovations that disrupted my stay, particularly the noise and the cleanliness in my room, which affected my overall comfort.
